chroot_list_enable=YES
chroot_list_file=/etc/vsftpd/chroot_list

add to conf "allow_writeable_chroot=YES"


# echo "allow_writeable_chroot=YES" >> /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf

# systemctl restart vsftpd

# getsebool -a | grep ^ftp_home_dir
ftp_home_dir --> off

# setsebool -P ftp_home_dir on
